Return / Exchange policy

To ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase, GearedUp.ca offers returns within 14 days from the shipment date.

  • All cost of return shipping (both directions) must be prepaid and is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns.
  • All merchandise must be unused and in it’s original condition with all tags attached.
  • Credit/refunds for returned items are given in the same method as original payment.
  • All sales are final on clearance items.
  • GearedUp.ca reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges based on company discretion.

To request a return/exchange, simply write a detailed email with subject: "return/exchange" along with your invoice # to returns@gearedup.ca. You will receive a confirmation email reply within 48 hours outlining detailed shipping instructions along with a RMA #.

Warranty policy

All warranty claims are facilitated by GearedUp.ca but are subject to the manufacturers approval and policies.

  • Any warranty claims that are not approved by the manufacturer are sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • GearedUp.ca reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims based on company discretion.

To make a warranty claim, simply write a detailed email with subject: "warranty" along with your invoice # to returns@gearedup.ca. You will receive a confirmation email reply within 48 hours outlining detailed shipping instructions along with a RMA #.

**Absolutely no items received/returned without the original invoice and assigned RMA # will be accepted and sent back to shipper at their expense.
